Barry Gilbert, CPA, EA is a former auditor of the Franchise Tax Board with over 30 years of experience. Barry currently represents his clients with Federal, State, and City tax audit issues involving such tax agencies as the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization and Employment Development Dept.
